I was asked to photograph a Bat Mitzvah. It was my first time and I loved every minute of it! The ceremony was beautiful and the temple was amazing with its stained glass windows. There is so much history and symbolism in the Jewish culture that I can't help but be in Awe over it all. I loved learning more about their traditions and what everything means to them. Truly an amazing experience.
Young Women
So the Young Women of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints asked me to teach them about photography. We had so much fun demonstrating how by wearing a scarf around your head, you can really emphasize peoples facial features. (I always wanted to do a photo shoot using this scarf). I also couldn't resist getting a couple of shots of the Youth Leaders there. At the end of the activity we thought it would be fun if each girl would hold out the values that they strive to live by which are; Faith, Divine Nature, Individual Worth, Knowledge, Choice and Accountability, Good Works, Integrity and Virtue. These are a great group of girls and loved spending time with them.
Brianna Senior Pictures
Brianna is so many things to our family. Our babysitter, our neighbor, our dear friend. Its been fun getting to know her and take pictures for her Senior Year. Our baby is growing up (wipe a tear) Hahahaha. Good luck Brianna with your last year of Highshool!
Newborn Photo Shoot
I am so lucky to have taken two different photo shoots with this cute little guy. I got to be there for his birth, and then a week later for photos of him all dressed and cleaned up. He is such a little stud and I love that we got to use the football in the pictures. Apparently his dad loves football, so of course we could not resist using it.
